With TOS this December, we definitely need to prep ourselves for the upcoming 150km ride. I am not sure of the distance that we did last Saturday but the route was kinda mad… and me having to cope with bad gastric flu throughout the journey. It was an early start… 4am and ending the ride at 11am.
