This is for Sydney siders in particular, but feel free to sign the petition anyway, the more signatures the better. Thanks!
Amongst other intersections in Sydney, the intersection between Alison Road and Darley Road in Randwick (near the racecourse) has a particularly bad design for cyclists. This intersection is on a major cycle route from UNSW to the city and separates two off-road cycleways. Currently, cyclists are required to wait (some times extensively) at three points on the intersection and there can be dangerous crowding of cyclists (and pedestrian) at these points. With more appropriate phasing of the lights, this problem could be reduced significantly.
