Well I’ve been raving to Rosy for weeks now about the most incredible chocolate I have ever tasted. I first experienced it at a Fair Trade street party in San Francisco, my mates had to drag me away from the stall as I was trying to stuff the samples in my pockets. Imagine my joy when I was given a whole block of it at a recent event I attended in Sydney. “My god its in the country! I must find it!” and that I did, in Balmain to be exact. I bought enough to last me a good few weeks (days actually) and to my dismay ran out.
Rosy and I decided to ride to Balmain over my favourite Sydney Bridge, (The Anzac Bridge, we missed the bike path and had a terrifying ride in amongst the traffic – sorry Rosy!), only to be told the chocolate was not longer being imported because it has become too expensive. I was devastated! The nice man that worked at the shop bought out his ordering book to try and find something similar but I was not convinced. I ended up buying 2 blocks of waxy chocolate that was so disappointing I gave it away. So I am in search of the chocolate still, if anyone knows where I can find Bolivian Fair Trade Chocolate, pleeeeease let me know. And if you are lucky enough to have it in your country then you should definitely try it, it’s not only beautiful it’s also Fair Trade which is awesome.

Hey Megs!
Was good meeting you at the tweed run with Oh2! We need more of that kinda cool action in Sydney!
Anyways, haven’t found your chocolate in question – but did you see the Good Living guide in the Sydney Morning Herald today? Looks like there’s a few Sydney-made chocolate cafes to be checked out around the place!
