This Friday, August 7th, marks the 13th annual Dead Baby Downhill taking place in Seattle. Pre-registration for the race is closed, but you can still sign-up on the day of – that’s tomorrow! More info on the Dead Baby Bikes website.

The party will be crazy with 22 bands, tall bike jousting and other shenanigans, performances by Seattle’s Bicycle Belles and Vancouver’s B:C:Clettes, AND Cyclecide‘s Pedal Powered Amusement Park Rides.

If that isn’t enough to keep you occupied in Seattle for the weekend, check out the North American Hard Court Bike Polo Championship happening on Saturday and Sunday. Look for some Vancouverites in the mix at DBD and bike polo. We’re making the trip south!
