The bike world has been slightly slow the past month or so.. university has been such a headache that I haven’t had the opportunity to plan rides as often as I would have liked..
But! Bike love has been happening in little pockets
We’ve been having some fun after hours in the closest thing Hawaii has to a velodrome at our local skate park!

This is my second time trying this out! its heaps and heaps of fun!
To take a break from studying for final exams, I arranged a scavenger hunt! It comprised of 3 sections: Collect (mostly free things around town), Photograph (take pictures of an action), and Answer (go to the location and answer questions). There were about 30 or so people that came out to Scavenge Honolulu!
And I must send a Congratulations to our cute bike couple, Mary and Jason… they just got engaged!!!!!!
Apparently May is bike month here.. hope to see more cyclists out and about!!!!
