Midnight Marauders is a monthly ride that is about two things: drinking and biking. I had gotten invited to the ride at the North Side Critical Mass and decided to check it out with a friend of mine.
They met up at the Billy Goat Tavern downtown which is known for its beer and burgers, there was a big group outside and it took a bit for the ride to get started, of course heading to a couple of convenient stores first for everyone to stock up.
The head count was over 100, and it was a good ride. We stopped at a park at about 2a.m. and if you notice the picture I have of two people being surrounded, well this was my favorite part of the ride. One of the guys who seemed to be the head of the ride got everyones attention to say that it had been two years since his first midnight ride where he met the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with, then he got down on one knee and proposed to her! And she said yes 
Since it was so late and I had to get up early my friend and I headed out early but I know the ride went until dawn.
This is a fun ride if you like drinking and socializing for sure.
